  34. believe it or not and for all it's worth i get a 28.8 connection in 
  35. baltimore county 8 times out of 10 w/earthlink.net based in california. 
  36. unlimited access is 19.99 a month. UNLIMITED! no limit on primietime hrs 
  37. as of dec 31. included is free 2 megs of webspace. the local baltimore 
  38. access ph# is 727-0315 area code 410. i just joined a little over a 
  39. couple of weeks and am happy. at least so far. the highest i ever got 
  40. w/netcom was 26400 plus very slow server transmission. earthlink can be 
  41. reached at http://www.earthlink.net . try em out. can't hurt. if you 
  42. don't like you can go back. you can register your account online and be 
  43. ready to go in an hour(info needs time to be properly logged into the 
  44. server from what i'm told?) if you do decide w/earthlink,do me a favor. 
  45. when you learn how to upload files to your web document space. email me 
  46. and teach me how. i'm having trouble w/the darned thing. hope this helps
